Don’t Live Life with Regrets

Money. It’s something none of us can do without. It’s an ugly fact of life, one that the vast majority of Americans, and the rest of the world, struggle with on a day to day basis. While the perception of depth of that struggle might vary in the extremes and even if we do have it ‘good’ in the United States, it’s still an undeniable part of our day to day existence. We live our lives dictated by how much we make on our paycheck so of course cash loans are going to look appealing when we find ourselves wanting something.

I’ll gladly admit that I am as guilty of this as anyone else. When I want something badly enough, even when I don’t need it, I’ll get it. Sometimes I’ll even max out my credit card to get it because, well, why not? I don’t have a whole lot to my name. I even owe money. I don’t care – why should I? Because society tells me to care? Because other people are caring about such things themselves? I only have a limited amount of time on this planet and I’ll do what I can to exploit the system in order to enjoy my life.

I’m hardly hurting anyone but myself. When I’m older and lacking in any kind of savings or 401k, it’s going to hurt. I’ll probably have to be in some wretched old people home. You know the kind; the place where the elderly are tossed into and promptly forgotten by their families. The place staffed with the jaded, embittered nurses who really don’t care about the people because it’s become nothing but a job for them. So, I’ll take whatever loans I can get. I’ll enjoy what I can while I can, right here and right now.
